Weather Related Game Changes
Any game cancelled or called off due to weather where 75% of the game has not been played must be replayed in its entirety.
The team coaches, managers or who ever runs the team must agree with the opposing team to a new date, time and location.
One team must send an email to the opposing team with this agreed upon info. The opposing team will respond to the email to this first team and CC the League. This gives the League the information that is required to reschedule the game along with the agreement from both teams.
DO NOT INCLUDE THE LEAGUE IN ANY EMAILS BACK AND FORTH TRYING TO AGREE TO THIS NEW DATE, TIME & LOCATION.
